Grade 1 Retreat

First grade had a spiritual day as It was their turn for their retreat! Coordinated again by Sr. Mary Ann, part of today’s focus was on the story of creation and the students made creation books. They also shared ways they could take care of the Earth. They read the Bible story of Zacchaeus the Tax Collector and talked about forgiveness. Jesus will forgive us no matter what we do because he loves us. Thanks to the parent volunteers and Mrs. Cianci for all your help in making this day so fun and memorable for the students!
